A visual tour of the Sunnybrook RV park today......177 sites, full hookups, free wifi--not the fastest but it works which is more than you can say for a lot of parks, but there is no cable (Phooey! says E. We can only get about 5-6 channels with our dome antenna here, it's not a very good one) ...There are RV sites, class A sites, fifth wheel sites and cottages...Treed sites, lakeview (5 acre lake) sites, picnic area, swimming pool and bathhouse, a little beach, library, fitness center, media center, game room, and a beautiful clubhouse...Everything about the clubhouse is cheery and sunny and has that "cottage feel"...which is a nice change from the usual "up north" lodge type decorating found so often in Michigan! It's all decorated in sky blues, lemon yellow, and cherry red. They even offer curbside trash pickup each morning. We are here on a FREE six night pass, but apparently, we weren't supposed to have received the offer at the Tampa RV show, as it was for first time visitors....oops!
The pool with the bathhouse is lovely as well...And there's a hot tub, too!
We've been spending quality time with our friends, Ritchie and Nick. They are right next door to us on the next site here at Sunnybrook. It's great having them here...kind of like coming home to the neighborhood once again. We spent six weeks next door to them in Webster, FL last January, so we know them really well. :-) They are delightful to be around......
The Kal-Haven Bike Trail is just a couple of miles from the campground...Looks like Sparky will be ridin' soon!
